Application Form

Please note that some programs require different postgraduate application forms to be completed. Please refer to the different forms below which will explain which form is the correct one to complete for various programs. Please send all completed forms to Macquarie International, Macquarie University.

• International Postgraduate Application Form (PDF ~ 125kb)
  All postgraduate programs at Macquarie University except MGSM programs and the Master of Applied Finance.
• MGSM Application Form and Referee Report Form
  Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Management, MGSM Postgraduate Diplomas, and MGSM Postgraduate Certificates.
• Master of Applied Finance

• PICT Application Form
  Policing, Intelligence and Counter Terrorism, International Security Studies, Research Methods, Transport Security, and Computer Forensics.

Also, students applying for the Master of Educational Leadership programs in the Australian Centre for Educational Studies have to fill in a Supplementary form and Referees Reports.
