How to Accept an Offer (UAC)
Congratulations on receiving your offer from Macquarie University.
International students who have applied through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) need to complete the following steps to accept their offer.
To commence your degree in Semester 2, 2008, you must accept your offer no later than 18 July 2008.

Download, complete and sign the PDF attachment Acceptance of the offer

Download, complete and sign the PDF attachment Payment and eCOE form.
- Pay your Commencement Fee and your Overseas Student Health Cover (if you do not already have a valid Overseas Student Health Cover policy ). At present students can pay:
- online using credit card at http://www.international.mq.edu.au/onlinepayment
- by credit card using a 24 hour telephone service (ph 1300 301 043), via the internet or by B-Pay (Biller Code: 50443 Reference number: Student ID)
- by bank draft or money order
- in person at the Cashier's office at Macquarie University, North Ryde campus
- Fax (+61 2 9850 7733) or email (UACAdmissions@io.mq.edu.au) the following documents to Macquarie International:
- PVA Assessment Outcome (where applicable)
- Completed Acceptance of the Offer
- Completed Payment and eCoE form and
- Your payment receipt
- The UAC letter of offer
- Post the original documentation to the following address:

YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL OF THE ABOVE STEPS
Macquarie University will issue ae electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) ONLY upon receipt of ALL of the above documents and verification of payment.
Applicants from Assessment Level 3 and 4 countries must apply for a Pre-Visa Approval (PVA) after receiving a letter of offer. These applicants must not send payment until they have received their PVA letter from the Australian Embassy. Upon receiving your PVA, please refer to Steps 1 to 4.
