The International Student Farewell Function

The International Student Farewell Function is organised for international students who may not have the opportunity to attend their formal graduation.

• A short speech will be made congratulate and farewell the students during the presentation.
• Complimentary light refreshments will be served upon.

11.00am – 11.45am	Registration for students and staff
11.45am – 12.45pm	Farewell Function presentation
12.45am – 1.30pm	Light refreshments and drinks served

SHARE YOUR MEMORIES
PHOTO SLIDESHOW - Students who would like to share their photos of their time at Macquarie and in Australia to be displayed as part of a slideshow at during the Farewell Function presentation are requested to send these by email to sinead.ohalloran@mq.edu.au. 

STUDENT REFLECTIONS - Would you like to share a special memory or thoughts of your time at Macquarie at the farewell function? 
Students are invited to send in a personal quote of a few lines to be displayed on the screen at the function next to your photo. 
The reflections will be read out by the student representative speakers during the presentation.

ACADEMIC DRESS
Optional academic dress hire is available from Campus Experience. Hiring the academic dress will cost around $90. Bookings need to be made by 5pm on TBC. After 5pm on this date you will have to pay a late fee. Academic dress can be collected on the day from 10am. Academic dress needs to be returned by 2.30pm on the same day.
