  • Case Study

A student arrived to study in Australia during the educational institutions orientation period. The student was unable to attend the orientation session, where OSHC Worldcare membership cards were distributed. The student has a receipt that clearly indicates that OSHC was allocated. The student uses the on-line facility to request a new membership card.
