Australian Development Scholarships (ADS)Australian Development Scholarships (ADS) are long term development awards administered by AusAID. ADS aim to contribute to the long term development needs of Australia’s partner countries in line with bilateral and regional agreements. They provide opportunities for people from developing countries to undertake full time undergraduate or postgraduate study.
The ADS are available to students from the following countries:

Australian Leadership Award Scholarships (ALA)
The Australian Leadership Awards (ALA) aim to develop leadership and build partnerships and linkages within the Asia-Pacific, while addressing priority development issues of the region. These awards are for leaders or those who have potential for leadership roles that can influence social and economic reform, both in their own countries and in the Asia-Pacific region. ALA Scholarships are for study at Masters or Doctorate level in an Australian university.

Defence Cooperation Scholarship Program (DCSP)
The Defence Cooperation Scholarship Program (DCSP) is an Australian Government, Department of Defence funded scholarship offered to Defence personnel and civilians from the Asia Pacific region.
DCSP Scholars must complete a Postgraduate course at an Australian University within one academic year. The DCSP is offered to countries in the North/South East Asian and South West Pacific regions with approximately 70 scholarships offered each year in Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Tonga, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (IPRS)The International Postgraduate Research Scholarships (IPRS) have been designed to attract top quality international postgraduate students to areas of research strength in Australian higher education providers (HEP) ; and support Australia's research effort. IPRS enables international students to undertake a postgraduate research qualification in Australia and gain experience with leading Australian researchers.
Scholarships are open to international students of all countries (except New Zealand) and are available for a period of two years for a Research Masters degree or three years for a Research Doctorate degree. The scholarship covers tuition fees and health cover costs for scholarship holders, and health cover costs for their dependants.

Endeavour AwardsThe Endeavour Awards is the Australian Government's internationally competitive, merit-based scholarship program providing opportunities for citizens of the Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas to undertake study, research and professional development in Australia, they provide full financial support for international students for up to 3.5 years to undertake a postgraduate qualification at a masters level or higher in any field of study in Australia.
The awards are available to students from the following countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, China (including Hong Kong and Macau SARs), Cook Islands, East Timor, Fiji, French Polynesia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Kiribati, Laos, Lebanon, Malaysia, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Mongolia, Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, Niue, Oman, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Republic of Korea (South), Palau, Qatar, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Wallis and Futuna, and Yemen.
