Upon satisfactory completion of the degree program, Macquarie will confer the degree on students that have met all requirements and, in compliance of host country education regulations, conduct a graduation ceremony in the host country wherever possible.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you graduate. Before you finish your course, you will receive important graduation information in the mail.

As all graduation communication is conducted by mail, students must keep their mailing details current at all times. Please ensure that you update your mailing details via eStudent before the end of your final examination period. This is particularly important for international students returning to their home country at the end of semester. Qualified students will be able to view their award (qualification) and graduation information on eStudent when the examination results are available on the web. If this information is not visible, follow the instructions contained therein.
You will receive two copies of your official Macquarie University Transcript with your testamur. If you need to order additional official transcripts, you will need to order these from the Registrar’s office at Macquarie University. There is a cost per transcript. Your transcript will contain a complete record of all academic study undertaken as a Macquarie University student.
The University conduct overseas graduation ceremonies in Singapore in June/July each year and Hong Kong in June/July and November each year.
