What have you done whilst studying at Macquarie?
When I came to Australia I wanted to do as many water sports as possible, so I have joined the windsurfing, wakeboarding and scuba diving clubs. It was definitely a good idea to join the clubs. I enjoy doing the sports and meeting new people there.
What has your high light been while studying abroad at Macquarie?
As well as the Clubs the highlights of my semester have been a trip to Melbourne for the Formula One Grand Prix and an amazing trip to New Zealand. On the plane trip back from New Zealand I had a strange realisation, it was the funniest feeling, I was going 'back home' to Sydney. Sydney's home now.
How would you sum up your study abroad experience?
Australia has been amazing, I'm so glad I came. I love the country, weather, people and all the possibilities here.
