Semester Exchange Information Sessions
Want to go on exchange in Semester 1, 2013?
Attending an information session is your first step toward participation in the program. You may attend any of the information sessions, as all sessions will cover the basics of exchange:
- Eligibility requirements
- Academic matters you should consider before making an application
- Information about specific regions and universities
- Financing your exchange
- What to expect once you are in the program
- Application requirements and deadlines
While you are welcome to attend any session, most sessions do focus on a certain region of the world. In these sessions the advisers will provide more details on individual institutions located in those regions.
All sessions are held in building E3A, Level 2, room 247.

The deadline to apply for exchange in semester 1, 2013 is 1st July 2012.
Please note we can no longer accept applications for exchange in Semester 2, 2012. The deadline to apply for this semester was 1st December, 2011.
