Forms for applying for Experiential Credit points

GLP participants can use the following forms to claim credit towards their GLP for academic and cultural experiences. Please check the conditions on which activities are eligible in your GLP Guide. Activities must be complete for students to apply for credit.

Students claiming credit for an activity that has a pre-approved points value should download and complete:

Forms used as evidence for an Experiential Credit activity

Students should keep adequate evidence of their experiences as outlined on the Claim Form. In most cases a letter from the organisation or event confirming the details of your participation is sufficient.

For events with the Macquarie Career Development Office, you are required to take the following form to the session and have Careers staff sign it.

For all other on-campus conferences and seminars, you are required to take the following form to the event and have the organisers sign it, in lieu of a formal letter or certificate confirming your attendance.

For internships and volunteering, it is helpful (but not mandatory) to keep a timesheet of your hours in addition to a formal letter verifying your placement.
