Applications are now being accepted for the following programs for Semester 1 2010.  Application deadlines for each program are listed below: 

Study Abroad/Exchange: Applications due February 12, 2010

Master  of International Relations : Applications due February 5, 2010

Master  of Commerce, Master of International Business:  Applications due February 5, 2010

Master of Biotechnology/Commerce: Applications due February 5, 2010

Master of Consulting (IT): Applications due February 5, 2010

Note: Students are advised to apply well before the application due date to ensure that they are considered for all available positions.

Application steps

  1. Read sections Am I eligible?, Is the internship a unit?, Where can I work? and What is the placement process?.
  2. Download and fill out the internship Application Form.This must be completed through Microsoft Word. Handwritten applications will not be accepted.
  3. Read the Australian style Resume and Cover Letter Guidelines.
  4. Write your own cover letter and resume in Microsoft Word format following the guidelines above. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in your application being returned as ‘incomplete’.
  5. Email us at internships@mq.edu.au and attach the following completed documents:
  • Application Form
  • Cover Letter
  • Resume
  • PDF of your latest academic transcript (Study Abroad and Exchange students only)

   6.  Your application will be acknowledged with an email to let you know what action must be taken next.
