  The Macquarie Off-campus Apartments comprise of different housing categories based on location: Macquarie Parklands, Balaclava Apartments, Herring Road and Off-Campus Apartments. Students may book a place in the apartments for either a single semester or a full year. Applicable dates for each of these options are set by Macquarie International and cannot be changed. Students wishing to vacate earlier may do so, however the full period must be paid for in advance.

Please Note:

1. Ensuite Single refers to a single room, with a private bathroom; shared Kitchen, Dining, Living and Laundry room.
2. Single Room refers to a single room, with shared bathroom, Kitchen, Living, Dining and Laundry room.
3. Twin Shared refers to a room shared between two students, shared common areas including bathroom, kitchen, and Dining, Living and Laundry room.
4. Individual Apartments are located off campus throughout North Ryde and Marsfield and are between 10-25 minute walk to campus.
5. A normal Semester date is 20 weeks; Full Year duration is 51 weeks. For Semester date please refer to the Semester Date Table.
6. **Balaclava Apartments Security Deposit - All Balaclava Apartment Tenants are required to pay a Security Key Deposit of $200. The Security Key Deposit is refundable when keys are returned upon check out. (Please allow three weeks for the refund to be processed).
7. Above prices are based on rental per week.
8. Fees and Semester Dates are subject to change.
