How to Apply
Once you have received your Confirmation of Enrolment, you can apply for long term accommodation. The process for applying for the On-Campus Residential Colleges and Macquarie Apartments are different.
On-Campus Residential Colleges
If you are applying for on-campus residential accommodation at Robert Menzies College or Dunmore Lang College, please download the application form from their websites:

Macquarie Apartments
If you are applying for Macquarie Parklands, Macquarie University Village, Balaclava Apartments or the Off-Campus Apartments, complete the Macquarie Apartments Application Form.
You DO NOT need to send in the Academic Referee Form or the Character Referee Form if you are applying for the Macquarie Apartments.
You will be notified by e-mail or fax of the outcome of your application. Please note that accommodation offers for Macquarie Apartments will not be made until eight weeks prior to the commencement date of the accommodation period.
If you are offered a room, the only way to secure the offer is to pay for your accommodation in full within five working days of the date of the offer letter. You can pay by bank draft, telegraphic transfer, or credit card. You must then fax a copy of the bank draft or telegraphic transfer slip, together with your Acceptance of Offer form to Macquarie International on +612 9850 7733 or +612 9850 9198.
Once we receive a copy of your faxed proof of payment, we will secure your booking and send you an e-mail or return fax confirming receipt of your payment, and advising that we have secured a room for you.
