Accommodation Maintenance Request




General Information

Please complete and submit a maintenance request for any repairs required to your apartment. Maintenance requests will only be accepted via the online system, and will be given prompt attention. Access to the online system is available via the Internet, or at the Accommodation Office.

Students are expected to maintain their apartments in a reasonable living condition. Repairs and maintenance that needs to be done as a result of wilful damage or negligence by the resident will be charged to the resident.

Emergency repairs should be reported to your Resident Tutor (RT) who will take appropriate action.

Non- urgent repairs and maintenance are normally carried out Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. When submitting maintenance requests, make sure the description of the maintenance request is clear and specific. An initial follow-up inspection will be performed to assess the maintenance request, and then any necessary repairs will be scheduled as appropriate. It is important that contact details are provided with the maintenance request to carry out the initial follow-up.
